Terms & Conditions
1. The Customer declares that he/she will drive the vehicle in UAE only, and that he/she is licensed to drive the rented vehicle according to U.A.E Traffic Law and will not allow any of the following parties to drive it:
• Any person who’s license is less than 6 month old.
• Any person below age 21 years.
• Any person who is not authorized by the UAE law to driver
• Any person apart from the hirer. Cost of each additional driver is AED 100.
• Noncompliance with any of above points will result in AED 5000 of fine plus payment of all expenses and losses.
2. The vehicle is delivered to the Customer in good condition in all aspects, including spare tire & tools box- as per the checkout list duly signed, with radiator coolant and oil reservoirs full. The Customer undertakes to ensure that sufficient coolant and oils and or any other item or material required to keep the vehicle in good running condition.
3. The Customer undertakes to return the vehicle whenever requested by the Office to perform periodical service or for any other reason the Office requires the vehicle for. The Customer will be responsible for all damages caused in case of failing in returning the vehicle.
4. The Customer must to return back the vehicle in the same condition at time of receiving it, with the same amount of fuel at the time of commencement of this agreement, if vehicle delivered with less fuel, a service fee of AED 50 will be charged plus fuel cost. 5. The security will be refunded back after 30 days of returning the car & and paying all dues.
6. The customer is responsible for all expenses for any unauthorized repairs or modification or any damages done to the vehicle and will be responsible for all damages which are not claimable through the insurance Company, and also will be responsible for any violation of UAE law or any negligence.
7. The Office has full right of requesting or ceasing the vehicle in case of no payment or if any damage caused by the Customer to the vehicle. The customer will be charged for the damages.
8. The Customer will not sublet the vehicle or use the vehicle for people or goods transportation or any activity which may damage the vehicle such as but not limited to: towing, , racing, competitions or carry any illegal articles or any articles which may cause damage to the vehicle, the Customer is fully responsible for all damages or loss of income due to non-compliances of this conditions.
9. The Customer will be fully responsible for all damages and liabilities towards the authorities plus any loss of income in case of using the vehicle under the influence of any subject or material such as but not limited alcohol, drugs etc. the Office will charge a minimum of 1500 AED as a PRO fees.
10. The Office will not be responsible for any loss of any item inside the vehicle during or after the leasing period.
11. Extra charge of AED 100 will be applied for Dubai car delivery, AED 150 for Sharjah & Ajman & AED 250 for other emirates an additional fee of AED 100 will be charged in case deliver service is requested during holidays or outside business hours. requesting additional services such as vehicle delivery or any other special request.
12. Minimum leasing period is 1 day, any additional part of the day is considered as a full day.
13. The hirer agreed to settle any fines within3 days from fine day date, otherwise I accept to pay daily fees of AED 50 for every fine.
14. In case of accident, the Customer must immediately inform the Police and the Office. A minimum of 1500 of Insurance Excess is applicable for any accident. The customer is responsible of all the damages by such accident such as but not limited to loss of income by not leasing the vehicle. And in case of total loss, the customer will pay 20% of vehicle value at the time of rental agreement date.
15. The customer will be charged AED 5.00 for every Salik Gate Crossing
16. The Customer will be responsible for all fines during the lease period, as extra 10% Service Fee will be charged, also AED 1000 will be charged for every Black Point caused by the customer.
17. The Office has the right to charge for any service, fine, follow up or PRO service which is required because of renting the vehicle to the Customer
18. If the vehicle is returned uncleaned, a charge of 250 AED will be applied.
19. Any Customer payment will be used primarily to settle any admin fees and any fines or fees charged by the authorities due to vehicle rental
20. for weekly contracts, the daily rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of 1st week, and for monthly contracts, the weekly rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of 1st month. 20. for weekly contracts, the daily rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of 1st week, and for monthly contracts, the weekly rate will be applied in case of returning the vehicle before the end of 1st month.
